ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Dijigenç is our social responsibility project aimed at providing equal opportunities for children in the fields of software and robotics education. The project was developed in collaboration with stakeholders such as the Provincial Directorate of National Education, the Governorship, and the Police Directorate, and involved 3 schools, 30 educators, and 100 students.
Dijigenç project was awarded the 'Good Practice' award at TISK Corporate Social Responsibility Awards. Students who successfully complete the program take their first step towards their careers by being employed under Ledbim.

Practice, practice, practice! Ledbim showed me how to turn the theoretical knowledge taught in school into practice. Thanks to this internship program, I not only learned that things work differently in practice than in theory but also found areas where I can improve myself incredibly. And I played PlayStation frequently 🙂
